F.I.S.T. BOXING – FIGHT – INTERVAL – SKILL – TRAINING
Developed and perfected by professional fitness, self defense & fighting instructors. The basic combatives derived from a self defense system that teaches civilians & law enforcement how to defend themselves. A skill-based component which trains you how to use your hands and elbows to defend yourself & a fitness component to get you into fighting shape.
The magic happens when the lights go down! A high energy, fast paced class with great music, fun lighting & a motivating atmosphere sure to help you burn those calories & keep you smiling long after you leave.
F.I.S.T. BOXING SKILL (60Min) – Striking that focuses on skills & self-defense and a little less focus on fitness, incorporating the use of pod bags for diversified striking.
F.I.S.T. Boxing Plus (45Min) A combination of Striking work and Fitness. The striking with a little less of a focus on skill. The fitness has the added component of bodyweight, band & ball for added cardio. Strength & or resistance equipment such as resistance bands, Kettlebells & pod bags may be used as well. We keep you working at a high pace with high reps.

KETTLEBELL OPTIONS: KBX – KETTLEBELL STRONG – KETTLEBELL CHALLENGE
Enjoy the Russian experience with this time efficient and highly effective training program for muscular strength, power, dynamic flexibility, and aerobic conditioning. Introduced to the US a few decades ago, Kettlebell mainly emphasizes on utilizing your core strength. Unlike dumbbells, a Kettlebell weight is distributed at one end rather than being even at two ends. Kettlebells are ideal for performing ballistic, whole-body exercises such as cleans, snatches, and their variations. Kettlebells can be used individually or in pairs. Anyone who is healthy enough for strength training can integrate the use of Kettlebells into their training regimen.
KB Strong– a strength focused class with a little HIIT cardio blended in. Typically, we use heavier kettlebells in this class, starting with movements that build into combinations.
KBX – a cardio and muscular endurance burner, typically using lighter KBs and working 2-30sec at a time.
KB Challenge: Mini Metcon challenges. Ojective to achieve and sustain a high effort output over a short period of time, with as little rest as possible between work.

This is the “Boot Camp” of STW Krav Maga: SUPERSIZE your workout with an intense 45-minute class! Explosive, varied movements incorporated with heavy weights, heightened cardio work with minimal rest between each set. Be prepared for anything and everything. This class is designed to provide a fast, efficient, and high intensity workout.

Another quick burn! Using a mixture of resistance bands and wall ball or medicine ball to really get your heart pumping and muscles burning. Whether you are looking to find a new method to improve your strength and endurance or you are a beginner, this class will keep your heart rate elevated and muscles pumping!
