That’s why on Saturday, February 7, 2026 we’re hosting a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar — a 3-hour workshop designed to teach you basic but crucial techniques that any woman can learn and use.

Dangerously C.U.T.E Women’s Self Defense, fitness and mental preparedness, is for ALL women. We provide realistic and instinctive training, designed from real-life experiences. Our goal is to support women if confronted with violent conflicts, how to react without hesitation to incapacitate the attacker, and to create a safe environment.

We travel throughout the nation teaching women life-saving self-defense skills to protect against sexual assault, kidnapping/human trafficking, home invasion, carjacking, and self-defense, while protecting our community, as well as discussing basic situational awareness.
