Class Descriptions to Help You Select a Class

Fitness

F.I.S.T. Boxing

WE ARE MORE THAN JUST A BOXING PROGRAM! Try our evolution of Boxing. A high energy Boxing class using 200 lb. aqua water bags made out of rubber and water to absorb and enhance the experience without potential injury to your joint. Working multiple punch combinations using only renowned Krav Maga techniques. This will not only help you lose weight, release any pint up stresses, you will also learn a real skill while fine tuning your reaction time.

*On occasions light equipment may be used, this class is guaranteed to always keep you on your toes.

A 60-minute class. More combinations and striking with a heavy focus on skills & self-defense with a little less focus on fitness. Always taught by a certified Krav Maga instructor. Incorporating the use of pod bags for groundwork and diversified striking.

F.I.S.T. Boxing Plus

WE ARE MORE THAN JUST A BOXING PROGRAM! Try our evolution of Boxing. A 45- or 35-minute class. All the fun music and lighting, this class is jam packed. Striking but with a little less of a focus on skill and incorporates the use of strength and or resistance equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands, pod bags, sand bells, bodyweight. We keep you working at a high pace in a fun and welcoming environment.

Strength

One of our most popular classes: This class offers the traditional style of weightlifting that will target almost every muscle in your body.  We work in 3-month phases, every 3 months we rotate to a new strength focus! It offers an anaerobic style of workout, with short periods of strength lifting and rest periods to offer maximal output to increase strength and power.

2BX

Work up a sweat, burn unwanted fat and sculpt your body with this tempo driven full body workout! We’ll use a mixture of resistance bands and either a wall ball or medicine ball to really get your heart pumping and muscles burning. Whether you are looking to find a new method to improve your strength and endurance, or you are a beginner, this class will be sure to offer a continuous flow of movements to keep your heart rate elevated and muscles pumping. For beginners to advanced.

Cycling

More popularly known as "Spinning". It is a 45 Minute Class. Looking to increase your stamina and endurance? Work with fitness bikes to help elevate your heart rate, lose weight, and and move to the beat of some fantastic music while riding.

Kettlebell

40 Minute Class. KettleBells are ideal for performing ballistic, whole-body exercises such as cleans, snatches and their variations. KettleBells can be used individually or in pairs.

Certified Coaches will rotate between 3 unique styles of KettleBell. Enjoy the Russian experience with this time efficient and highly effective training program for muscular strength, power, dynamic flexibility, and aerobic conditioning. Recently introduced to the U.S.,  KettleBell emphasizes utilizing your core strength through each unique movement. Unlike dumbbells, a Kettlebells weight is distributed at one end rather than being even on two ends. KettleBells are ideal for performing ballistic, whole-body exercises such as swings, cleans, snatches, and their variations. KettleBells can be used individually or in pairs. Anyone who is healthy enough for strength training can integrate the use of KettleBells into their training regimen.

Power Fit

“Train like an instructor” SUPERSIZE your workout with an intense class designed to provide a fast, efficient and high intensity workout. Any and all equipment to be used as deemed appropriate by instructor.

Power Lunch

45 Minute Class. SUPERSIZE your workout with an intense 45-minute class! Explosive, varied movements incorporated with heavy weights, heightened cardio work with minimal rest between each set. Be prepared for anything and everything. This class is designed to provide a fast, efficient, and high intensity workout.

Rev Fit Combat

SRT: Suspension Rings & Things

Suspension exercises and core activation will be the focus of this 45-minute class. Suspension exercise combines body weight and anchored straps with rings to provide an alternative to free weights and machines. The aim is to increase the body’s functional movements and capabilities by improving core muscle activation, posture, coordination, upper and lower body strength, total body joint flexibility and dynamic balance. It will leave you feeling exhilarated and strong.

Tempo Bell (+) Core

Get ready to sculpt your entire body, melting away fat and challenging your cardiovascular system, in this upbeat and energetic rhythmic based class! An instructor will lead you through the entire class. Light dumbbell(s) or Kettlebell(s) & bodyweight movements moving in rhythm or in flow to the beat of our instructor’s music. This is a great class to get your sweat on, get that heart up and get your body moving in a lower impact way. Step may be incorporated.

Self-Defense and Specialty Classes

Krav Maga Level 1

Entry level Krav Maga Class. Teaches basic combatives and self-defense. Level 1 Krav Maga curriculum. Focus on basic punching, kicks, chokes, knees, headlocks and basic ground defense.

GenZ Level 1

Specifically designed for children ages 8-12. Your child will learn Krav Maga based self-defense, the latest boxing training techniques as well as a focus on increased fitness levels.
