About the Blunt Objects March 2023 - 4 weeks

WILL COVER BEING ATTACKED BY VARIOUS IMPROVISED WEAPONS SUCH AS A BAT, A PIPE, HAMMER, OR A BEER BOTTLE. 

YOU WILL LEARN TO DEFEND THE WEAPON BEING USED IN AN OVERHAND SWINGING POSITION OR A SIDE TO SIDE SWINGING POSITION.

ONCE THE WEAPON HAS BEEN DEFENDED YOU WILL LEARN VARIOUS TECHNIQUES OF TAKING THE WEAPON AWAY.

(STW MEETS HYROX TRAINING CLUB)

We are excited to announce our upcoming HYROX events: May 30th, June 13th and June 27th!

Designed for all ability levels, HYROX training requires a mix of running endurance and functional strength work. Please note that running accounts for over 50% of the HYROX race.

Training will be led by Coach Kat.

Open to members & non-members. Ages 16+

No experience needed — just the willingness to show up for yourself
