I've been a faithful customer of this training facility since 2006. The owner and his daughters are on site every day and teach several classes. Maintenance keeps the place super clean. They have some very passionate instructors who really care about fitness and your personal safety. The workouts are so challenging but the instructors also give modifications which I really appreciate.
