BARBELL STRONG: An advanced class learning to move barbells more proficiently. Followed by a flow of barbell movements strung together OR A COMPLEX OF MOVEMENTS. Beginning with a solid warm up then move to PVC pipe for technique. 2-3 main lifts for each class performed as a group in flow. Once all rounds are completed separately, you will put them together forming a barbell complex. Finished off with your main complex or lift worked into a short metcon. This is a great class to enhance your barbell skills, build strength, endurance, and torch fat!

*A barbell complex is a series of movements performed back-to-back with a barbell in which the set number of reps is completed for each movement before moving on to the next.

How do I cancel my membership?

Contact memberservice@911kravmaga.com to receive your Cancellation Form. Submit your signed Cancellation Form to complete the cancellation process. You may submit your form in person at our facility, mail or certified mail.

Why do I have to submit a signed Cancellation Form to cancel my membership?

  • The Cancellation Form is to verify your identity due to the Privacy Act.
  • The Cancellation Form is necessary to verify we cancel the correct person. Since people often have similar names the Cancellation Form provides the accurate information needed such as name, address and account number. 

What should I wear to train?

  • Fitness Classes: COMFORTABLE ATHLETIC CLOTHING.  ATHLETIC SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. NO REVEALING CLOTHING IS ALLOWED.
  • Krav Maga Classes: DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES; NO TANK TOPS OR SLEEVELESS SHIRTS. DUE TO HANDS ON CONTACT; ALL JEWELRY MUST BE REMOVED. SHORTS WORN MUST BE KNEE LENGTH. ATHLETIC SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
